At Shameless Snacks, we want you to love every bite; however, due to the perishable nature of our food products, we cannot accept physical returns. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please reach out to our team within 14 days of delivery for a resolution.
Return Process

Email our customer care team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue you experienced with your snacks.
- 2.Provide Documentation
Include photos of the packaging and product if your order arrived damaged or incorrect to help us expedite your request.
- 3.Review Process
Our team will review your claim within 2-3 business days to determine eligibility for a replacement or a refund.
- 4.Resolution
Once approved, we will either ship out a fresh batch of snacks or issue a credit back to your original payment method.
